With over 40 years’ experience in tool and fixture design, our knowledge is vast with a wide variety of scenarios to help streamline operations and make things easy on the machinist while assuring exact tolerances, repeatability and consistency.
We here at CreaTech proudly utilize a technique in our fixture designs called Poka-Yoke. Simply put, this is a method of creating “mistake proof” tooling in order to eliminate human error. The technique was invented by Shigeo Shingo, a Japanese Industrial Engineer and we’ve mastered his art, incorporating it into every piece of tooling we create.
CreaTech is not an engineering firm and we do not claim to be one. With that, we have no expensive engineering degree costs to pass on to our customers. What we do have is a wealth of experience. “Experience In The Trade” they call it. We don’t know everything but what we do know, we know extremely well. And what we do, we do exceptionally well.
